“My daughter and I sit too much, so we use this as incentive to get up and move. We put the hours of the day down the left side, and the days of the week are already across the top. Then we used one color of the markers for each of us and made checkmark in the squares for each hour that we went up and down the stairs twice, and walked 250 steps. We'll increase these as we are able. This product is on the fridge to remind us of our goals, too. We love it!”
